Meals on Wheels of Eastern Onondaga County is looking for a part-time Driver Coordinator at the Fayetteville office. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-1pm.
The primary responsibility for this role is ensuring that we have enough trained and active driver volunteers to operate efficiently on a daily basis while helping the organization fulfill its mission long-term by preparing for growth and change.

THE MANLIUS SENIOR ACTIVITY CENTRE

The Manlius Senior Activity Centre is seeking a new Assistant Director to support the Director with daily operational and administrative tasks. Strong writing skills and computer competency in Windows Office programs such as Word, Publisher and Excel required. Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field preferred. 
Part-time position of approximately 25-30 hours per week
Paid time off plus 13 paid holidays 
Salary: $26,000 - $30,000

Manlius Senior Activity Centre-Executive Director
Job Description
 The Manlius Senior Activity Centre (MSAC) is a recreational Senior Centre with almost 800
members. The MSAC is a not-for-profit organization offering a variety of services and activities
for senior adults
 The Executive Director will provide overall organizational leadership, guide and supervise the
efforts of staff, active programs, committees and volunteers
 The Executive Director will balance time effectively on the following: fundraising, community
engagement, day-to-day operations, program and fiscal management, and volunteer
coordination
 Attendance is required for Special Events such as fundraisers & non-work day events
 Reports to the Board of Directors at monthly Board meetings; maintains regular communication
with the Board as necessary
 Stay current on topics relevant the senior population
 Manages and oversees Centre personnel

Qualifications
 Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in areas of people leadership, fundraising,
financial management, and community engagement
 Candidate will be expected to provide strategic leadership to MSAC in partnership with its Board
and volunteers, as well as be a self-motivated, independent, and hands-on worker
 Strong consideration will be given to candidates familiar with elder services, the community,
and who have prior nonprofit experience
 Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in public speaking
 Aptitude and comfort with business, communications, and relevant software and technology is
equally important
 Desired experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite and Donor Perfect software
Salary
 Range of $40,000-$45,000, salary depends on experience
 Work week is 35 hours
 Monday – Friday at the Centre, plus special events
 13 paid holidays
 Accrued PTO
 Retirement Benefits: Simple IRA Program after one year of employment

Client Service Representative duties include preparing patient records for technicians and doctors, answering multiple phone lines, greeting clients and patients, weighing pets, cleaning and restocking office space and examination rooms, collecting client payments, promoting medical recommendations and products, in addition to making appointments.  

 

Necessary computer skills include data entry, word processor applications and functions, and ability to successfully operate copy and fax machines.

 

Part time schedule hours will vary between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Potential for expansion into full-time hours after training completed.
